The first premises were established at the "Fiaschetteria Toscana" in Via Berchet, Milan, in 1899. This was the start of the glorious history of Milan, which has been characterised by memorable moments of football, becoming - especially in the last fifteen years - one of the strongest, most famous clubs in the world.
The red and black past is legendary, as are the men who have contributed to creating it: chairmen, coaches and footballers. Names of important sports personalities have been made during Milan's history. Victorious of considerable prestige, obtained all over the world, bear witness to the strength and organisation of a group beyond compare. Over the years, during the management of Berlusconi, Sacchi and Capello have won and triumphed, generating fantastic emotions. With Sacchi, il Milan , in the space of four seasons, the team won a Championship Shield, two Champions Cups, two European Super Cups, and two Intercontinental Cups in a row; with Capello, they won four Championship Shields, a European Super Cup and a Champions Cup, in five seasons. More recently, after the Championship Shield won in his first black and red season by Alberto Zaccheroni and the brief parenthesis of the Turkish coach Fatih Terim, the team has been guided by Carlo Ancelotti: a much-welcomed return by one of the "invincible" members of the big black and red family.
